Credit Score by Attorney, Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are provided in coordination with a licensed attorney. Nothing on this Website should be construed as legal advice or as forming an attorney-client relationship.

2. Use of the Website

The Website gives you information about our services and lets you request a free file review. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its underlying systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
• Use any bot, scraper, or other automated system to access the Website without our permission

3. Our Services

Our specific programs, pricing, timelines, and guarantee terms are described on this Website and, in full, in the written services agreement you will receive before becoming a client. Results vary by individual credit file, and no specific outcome or timeline can be guaranteed for every client.

Before you become a client, and before any services begin or any fee is charged, federal law (the Credit Repair Organizations Act) requires that you receive:

1. A separate written statement titled “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law”
2. A written, dated services contract describing the services, total costs, and your right to cancel within 3 business days of signing, for any reason

Any money-back guarantee referenced on this Website is subject to the written terms of that services agreement, not the general marketing language on this page. We do not collect payment for services in advance of the timing permitted by law.

4. No Warranty

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Website accurate and current, but errors or omissions can occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Website or our services will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. If you are dissatisfied with the Website, your sole remedy is to stop using it; if you are dissatisfied with our services, your rights and remedies are governed by your written services agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or your use of it (excluding disputes governed by your separate written services agreement, which controls disputes about our actual credit repair services) will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and Credit Score by Attorney each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. If any part of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect, but disputes will proceed in the courts identified in Section 11 instead of arbitration.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 10 above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you’ve violated these Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, for clients, your written services agreement, make up the entire agreement between you and Credit Score by Attorney regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
